VILLAINS KISS is a music performance group from El Paso, TX. Influenced by the clash of cultures unique to the border along CD Juarez MX, their sound brings the vulnerability of Mexican ballads into a synth-pop soundscape. VK’s live performances offer audiences an immersive experience with interactive lighting and visuals that captivate and invite all listeners to the dance floor.

VK is promoting their new EP, “Every Shape But Triangles”, available now on all platforms, and released under their own independent label León Dócil Records, 2021. The 4 -song collection explores themes of romance and vulnerability in the modern era. Their debut release counted on Grammy award winning audio-engineer Justin Leeah for mixing and production, and mastering by Chris Common (Le Butcherettes, Omar Rodriguez-Lopez). “Every Shape But Triangles” has been featured in local radio and national music blogs. The album is now available on special edition deluxe vinyl. A limited run of 200 records was pressed in a vibrant turquoise 180 gram vinyl, and is available online at villainskiss.com. VK has been part of festivals such as ‘VANS Warped Tour’ in NM, ‘Neon Desert Music Festival’ in El Paso, TX, and most recently shared the Bordertown Festival Main Stage with KINKY, NORTEC Bostich+Fussible, and Sussie4.
Back home from a succesful Spring tour, VK is in the studio preparing for their upcoming “Solo Un Sueño” Summer Tour 2022. The tour will kick off in late August, in promotion of their upcoming new single “Leon Docil”.
